At this late stage in my life I was informed by our armed forces that all vietnam vets who recieved a blood transfusion from this particular MASH hospital have all come down with Hep C, been through the 48 wks, and another 23 wks on infragrin, geno 1a relapser, viral load climbing slowly going to Johns Hopkins the tenth of August to see what they have to say, mentime I bought a new Harley Lowrider and traveling my old butt off, enjoying everyday. Now ive been to Johns hopkins and liver function is good, slight cirrosis, . doc said i will die with the disease rather than from it. I can live with that at 61, will continue to take supplements , no drinking, and watch my diet, wont let this virus control my life, .

Hey Joe, how are you hunni? Haven't heard from you in a while, is it warm enough yet to ride, or you get a winter in your corner of the world. Here it's bloody cold, so might as well have snow, and lots of it. We love the winter months, we do a lot of snowmobiling around here, we are never stuck in our homes, even if it snows 15ft, we all have our own machine, and go go go .. Have a great weekend my friend. Love Mckenzie one day at the time.

- took or 26 wks, at the fucking VA. bleeding from rectum, out of breath after 5 steps, chest pains, viral load went undectable after 6 wks and remained undectable for one year after treatments
