I am a middle aged single woman who lives with her elderly parents. My father is very ill and worries me constantly now. It's not easy knowing that your parents don't have much time left. My mother is amazingly strong. I'm the world champion of crying-have been ever since I was born.

going to the beach, walking in nature, crosswords and other puzzles, watching old movies and old sitcoms. Majored in Anthropology in college-like to know how other cultures live. Travel to relaxing places - prefer islands. Would like to go to some exotic place in the South Pacific someday.

Close Caring For Aging Parents
I need and want to give support. This is a very stressful and emotional situation. When you see your parents suffering and declining before your eyes it is so sad.
