I have the best husband that you could ask for, three wonderful children and several grandchildren. So I am blessed! I enjoy reading (suspense), jogging, hiking, photography, and spending time with my family. I moved to NC from Orlando Fl. God is most important in my life, then my family and friends. My dad has dementia and is living at a memory care center. He has good days and bad days. I haven't heard or seen from my mother in several years - that is another story.

Close Dementia
My dad was diagnosed with Lewy Bodies Disease two years ago. A few months ago he had to be placed in an Memory Care Center. (Before that he lived with me) This has been really hard for me and my family. He is quite confused, has halucinations, thinks people are out to get him, etc. Sometimes he makes us feel guilty for placing him at the Memory Care Center. He says things like "Why are you doing this to me?"
