How are you doing? I hope healing is going well for you. Just to let you know, the top part of my scar has faded into a flat white line and has been left alone since the first surgery. The part shaped like a three was revised in March and still looks obvious and the lobes still have a puffy look. I just saw my mohs surgeon and he wants to do another scar revision surgery and raise my nostril a little more. It's a long process and my doc says it takes about a year for the healing process to be completed. I am going for all the revisions they'll do until my nose looks somewhat normal! I am also going to have laser done because I have so many broken capillaries from the surgery. Best wishes to you!

Welcome to the group. I read your journal and I agree, you get the impression skin cancer is a minor thing from what you read or hear in the media. Well they have no idea. I wish you good healing.
