      Though hard of hearing myself, I am looking for info about monaural (sp?) hearing loss for my 4 year od daughter

      Treatments

      Hearing Aids Working / Worked
      I've had BTE hearing aids most of my life. I have a severe to profound bilateral hearing loss. Used to be conductive, now appears to be mixed. Also have tinnitus
      Lip Reading Working / Worked
      Sign Language Working / Worked
      Self-contained classroom/mainstreamed with interpreter during elementary years. Now am a teacher of the Deaf at a residential school.
