About Me
Actor, Comic-ventriloquist, entertainer, Passion: learning, realization. Catholic with metaphysical beliefs, I seek answers to the question; how may the arts and sciences bring healing to those who suffer? Seriously abused as a boy I became an Autodidact. My humor is sourced in my own Bi-polar ADD, Peter Pan-esque, multi-personality Syndrome. My lifetime struggles with these rigors of the mind and heart are expressed through my profession as a performance artist.

Present
Good Morning HUGS for you my friend. I hope you have a great day filled with many blessings.
I am sending you this little present today in celebration of so many things. Inside is one simple wish, as I celebrate my birthday today I am giving you a gift. Spoil yourself today, sometimes just the simple little things we do are the most important. If it is just a moment of peace or a pack of gum, take a moment today to celebrate with me the joys of growing older, wiser and more beautiful.
Quote of the day
The secret of staying young is to live honestly, eat slowly, and lie about your age.
Lucille Ball

Quote for today:
I know in my heart that man is good.
That what is right will always eventually triumph.
And there's purpose and worth to each and every life.
Ronald Reagan
We are all here for a reason, a purpose. Look deep inside and know that you have purpose and worth in this life and know that others see it as well. You are valuable and loved. Be kind to yourself and you will triumph in all you do.

Support Groups
Close Bipolar Disorder
BiPolar for many years. the proverbial Yo Yo, up to the rainbow of Oz and down the dark caverns of Dante's Divine Comedy. I'm here to learn self management and to be supportive others who struggle with their climb like me up and down their path.
Treatments
- Lithium Not Working
- A deadening across my forehead felt like a part of my mind had gone missing, didn't like the feeling, stopped taking it, returned to my usual addictive patterns of coping. (Not good) Over time with a better handle on 'the cognitive' thought process, I manage the pain a bit better, acknowledge the depression, suicidal lows, escapist high tendencies that give me pain every day which I prefer to a sense of loss of control due to heavy addictions to powerful meds.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Working / Worked
- This therapy trained me to accept thoughts and feelings as reality. Before I reacted to the pain with shame. I accepted the demeaning idea that something was wrong with me. Realization that thoughts and feelings are normal and when overwhelming require care understanding and healing therapy is opposite to my upbringing among family and society who stigmatized people who suffered with mental emotional problems relegating them to the fringe of the social group or altogether abandonment. . .
