Helen, I have been reading your posts for many years. I have always found them to be informative and helpful. I appreciate your taking the time to support and inform others. I am at an absolute loss as to how anything your wrote was offensive. I hope you are not taking it to heart.

Hugs right back! Thank you so much for the words of support. I'm glad I'm here, too!

It's taking me a hot minute to navigate through this site. I appreciate so much your feedback, my friends mean well, some tend to think that the removal of anything takes away the issue. I have been fortunate that my illness is slow in progress, I have opted for natural ways to relieve my pain although it takes longer, compresses, teas, hot showers on my back, but when it gets intense, I take sleep aid/pain allever. Even working out hurts sometimes.

Thanks for keeping your fingers and toes crossed in hopes of headache relief for me. I guess what is happening is that the pain of the sinus infection is triggering the migraine. These headaches usually come hand in hand for me. However I did go and pick up some bee pollen capsules the day after the headache started and have been taking 3 in the morning. I'm really hoping they will work for me too. At any rate can't hurt, might help and bee pollen is a good source of vitamins and minerals too. Hope things are going well for you. Take care Kelley
