Have had chronic insomnia for about 3 years and would really like to get off of the pills

stopped working...had to take 45 mg to sleep

Rozerem Not Working

did not work

Sonata Somewhat Helpful

Only works for 2-3 hours and upsets stomach

Valerian Not Working

useless

Clonazepam Somewhat Helpful

used in conjunction with Restoril killed libido
