  Sorry to hear you are having a bad time. If it helps any I can relate to a lot of what you are saying about not wanting your partner to ffel like you are using him for sperm, I'm exactly the same. Also, people asking 'when are you going to have children' grrrr I'm not a violent person in anyway but I feel like I want to punch people when they say that. It is tough and I don't know why we have to go through all this but at least we have each other.

  Don't give up hope you should see a fertility specialist, and find out what your insurance actually covers. Some insurance companies cover everything, some just diagnostic testing. Start with your testing first. Both of you need to get checked out. Men are reluctant about going to the doctors, but quite simply you need to know if you are both okay. Then look into state programs that might subsidize the cost of fertility treatments. What you're going through is normal, I have gone through the same thing, and I deal with people everyday who do not understand my frustration, and heartache. Don't give up hope, keep trying, and keep believing, and get the medical help that you need.
