I am so sorry about your health problems :( my hubby has Pulmonary Fibrosis, and reading your feelings is like listening to him as well :( So hard to cope with it all. I hope you will recieve some support that will help you cope.

meant to add, see if their is any Pulminary Rehab' through your local GP or area as I found is useful and certainly helps your breathing. Hard work but you still feel the benefits early on! plus your be mixing with like minded people in the flesh! LOL

Yup, it is hard at first. Hang in there. It will get better. Glad you joined the group, and
the "encouragement and support" group also. Good people on here. You will
