Have you tried the Department of Economic Security where you live? Another thought, why don't you write our President, Barack Obama [you'll have to look up where you can e-mail him]? I think he would be very interested in your story; and, if anyone can do anything about it, he might be able to do so. Also, contact your local Senator and Congress Person. You probably can call them by phone.
Also, try to contact Danielle's website in honour of her daughter—don't remember the precise name but you should be able to find it by searching the Members' List on the Cerebral Palsy group.

Do think you might consult with an attorney where you live who specialises in disabled parents of children whose child/children have been taken away from them and whom they are not allowed even to visit to see whether he/she might be able to represent you as parent wanting to get your child back?
If you don't know anyone or cannot afford anyone, perhaps you can seek the help of Legal Aid or of your state, county or city Bar Assocation to recommend someone or to come to your aid in this matter. Or the Cerebral Palsy group where you live might even have some better ideas of who could help you in this matter.
