      Hi Leeniefran! I am SO glad that everything is OK! From what I have read Nexium can cause gas. Going with the small meals is probably the best way to go. I work as a receptionist so that is difficult for me but I do try not to eat too much in the evening and I always have a snack between breakfast and lunch. Again, I am very happy that all is well!
