Close Pulmonary Fibrosis
I was diagnosed with Interstitial Lung Disease a few days ago. After seeing the CT scan the pulmonologist sent me immediately to a surgeon, saying I needed an open lung biopsy. Can anyone advise? What is it like? How is the recovery? Why can't they treat me without the biopsy? How dangerous is it?
