I'm obese and I need to start helping myself lose weight.
Treatments
- Breast Feeding Working / Worked
- I breastfed my oldest son, (now 33) and it did help me to lose weight.
- Cycling Working / Worked
- My husband and I ride a tandem bike, but for over a year I've had chronic fatigue, so I can't ride as much.
- NutriSystem Working / Worked
- I did this program many years ago. I think I lost 30 pounds, but then all of a sudden I couldn't do it anymore.
- Overeaters Anonymous (OA) Working / Worked
- I've gone to other 12-step programs, so I know it works - maybe I wasn't ready to deal with my eating.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- When I used to go to the gym, it really did help.
- Slim-Fast Working / Worked
- I used slim fast many years ago - I would have it for lunch, and it did help me lose weight.
- Swimming Working / Worked
- Lately I've been swimming because I'm getting older (51) and it's not so hard on my body.
- Weight Watchers Working / Worked
- I've tried WW so many times, but I just can't get it to work for me.
