I don't know your story. I know that courts do some crazy things sometimes. Do you still have custody of your son? Are you allowed communication. Maybe a letter or cards. I would fill a small photo album of pictures of her family. Write notes on the back.

I'm with you. If you ever want to chat or swap stories, maybe we could help eachother. It has been a long road, but I think I've grown stronger and love and appreciate my son so much more for it. I'm just afraid now that the foster parents won't let him go so easily after almost 18 months and county. This is my first experience with all of this child protective services bs so I'm taking it as it comes, but it seems to me that they really want to make you sorry you ever gave birth if and when they return your children to you. How are you coping? I feel that we're handling it well. The only way to go on is to hope that your child stays strong and positive, which I can say mine has to the best of my knowledge. He is only 18 months so I can't say if this will have any long lasting effects but we'll see. Be in touch and let me know if I can help.
