I am here to be with people that have been where I have. Unless you go through it, you really have no idea what goes on in the bipolar mind. It can be very intense at times. Most times actually. The medicine doesn't really change the thoughts, but once on the right one, it does help you deal with them better.
I have recently been diagnosed and I am kind of lost. I just don't understand what is happening and what will be next.
