Hi itslaurie, thanks for getting back to me... Wow really after 3 months? I wonder if the bladder is traumatised in some way when they operate? I thought the bleeding should have stopped by now 2...strange ehh?? I wonder what's happening inside of us....? (mabey we wouldn't want 2 know!) lol. Take care, Sharon.... Xxx

Oh yeah... I almost forgot! I re-read your original post. Have you had your thyroid levels checked? Your symptoms could be thyroid... weight gain, exhaustion, cannot concentrate, forgetful. Just a thought. I would ask to have them checked.

Hi Laurie, I am sorry for all that you have gone through! I would be upset with your gyno also!!! It sounds like she is evasive with information. That is such a bad recipe for mistrust! Some doctors just don't get it! Was your GP any help? You know... you can switch doctors. I realized that I didn't like my gyno late into my pregnancy. I kept her until I delivered my son (she wouldn't be delivering him anyway due to her vacation). As soon as I had him, I left her for a wonderful doctor in her practice. He is awesome! My pre-op paperwork from the doctor said that I didn't have to do any bowel prep before surgery. I don't want to take any chances with getting a nicked bowel, so I bought an enema this week. I hope that is enough. You have really been through it, girl! When do you get your blood work checked again? I understand it is a slow process to bring the counts up with anemia. I am sending prayers your way in hopes that things start to turn around!!! I can't remember exactly what you had done. Was it a laparoscopic or abdominal hyst? Did they leave your cervix and ovaries? Why are you taking birth control pills now? So sorry for all the questions, but I am trying to get the whole picture!
