  Thanks for the chicken soup, but we've been fortunate to have some pretty nice warm weather here, nothing too cold yet. Usually things change after Halloween, and especially by Thanksgiving. Brrrr... :) Well you sound like you're doing pretty good. I have new pain symptoms so I'm a little miserable. Pulled a muscle on my arm..so painful. No meds help. Hope you have a great weekend, and that your health continues to improve. Here's some sunshine and some love and hugs to you :)

  Hey Flossie, hope you had a great weekend. These weekends are too short for me! Took a couple of naps which means valuable time wasted. How are you doing these days? Hope you're doing good..the holidays are coming around, which means cooler weather..and crowds. Big hugs to you :)

  I am so glad. I am am doing well with the attacks. I rarely have them now but I am used to them when they come if that is ever possible and I just do the usual till it subsides. I love tyhe Holy Spirit! He is AWESOME!

  LOL about the husband! Too funny ur right my husband would kill me to for a midnite chorus of racket. Night time attacks are harder because it is harder to find distraction. That kitchen floor never looked so clean...lol and walmart hosts a large number of PD's during the hours of midnite to 7 am

  I remember those dreadful nights. They would come out of nowhere. I wouold get uo and drive around for hours waiting for it to go away. I would knock on my friends window and she was so good to me she would always fix me cheese and crackers and a cup of warm herb tea and then tell me one of her zany stories until I was asleep on her couch. I also remeber how they can take over your thinking and make it hard to switch gears. Sometimes when they are that bad, I go and turn on the tv to a funny show and turn on the radio and vacumn the house...all at once so that my mind is so distracted you can't consentrate on one thing and the vacumning uses up the extra hormones and hey your house is litlle cleaner. Feel free to write anytine during an attack or whenever. I am Glad you find God a comfort and because of it I know you will be fine because he has you in the palm of his hand....

  What's your favorite cooking show? I adore listening to Barefoot Contessa...ladies are hard to come by these days, lol! Have a great weekend, good luck with your latest food 'brainstorm'! I invented a little chocolate cake last evening, before that, an evaporated milk cake which I turned into a maple walnut cake. It is pure ecstacy to savor a delicious dessert....it beats a man anytime! (older but wiser me!)
