I have had essential tremors in my hands since I was 5 yrs old.My mother has it and my nephew.It started in my hands,now it moved into my arms and legs too.my hands are the worst though,I can't even hold a cup of coffee without using both of my hands.It's real hard at times,but I have learned to cope with it.
