Good Morning Dana! I don't hear much from you anymore. How is the WW and walking with Susi going?
Hiya Dana...ta for the msge...OK with me...as long as we both do "something" for fitness each day..OK? Today is stormy and fr---eeezing, so was looking to be "let off the hook"(lol). Will spend some time with Wii fit instead of the walk today. Yesterday...I walked to a friends house 35 minutes each way, about 8.5km (5 miles)...did my civil duty and picked up cans and rubbish from the roadside on the way back, so hope that qualifies for the first two days! Haven't read your diary yet, but trust all well with you!
