      only thing that ever worked. I was only able to take 1/2 of my little girl's tablet, but was forced to take a whole Xanax before hand to battle the oncoming panic attack that was inevitable - felt awful and had headache that Tylenol could not touch ... but boy, was it amazing to have a calm mind with organizable thoughts.
