i have recently been diagnosed with a thyroid disorder, though the diagnosis is not yet a firm one, eg they dont know if i have graves disease or hashimoto. however i unfortunatly also have TED, this has naturally horrified me and is causing me a lot of sleepless nights and anxiety....who wants to look like a frog!!! :-) its very mild at the moment and im lucky to have found a brilliant eye doctor and endocrine doctor so am in very good hands, but as i said im terrified of whats gonna happen to my eyes and would appreciate talking to others in the same situation. i am a positive person and i refuse to let this throw me, especially so late in life, but i feel very alone with the problem right now as of course the doctors and others around me really dont know how i feel.

- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- it works if i totally avoid herbs and spices but comes backimmediatly when i dont. i have a very red, burning face and the thyroid plays up!
