I grew up extremely disadvantaged. I was severely abused, neglected and somehow I made it through that without getting pregnant or hooked on drugs. I have to tell you the pitfalls for women that grew up the way I did are MANY. I need support from the other gay women out there because it hasn't gotten much better as an adult. Currently I am trying to find some mental health treatment it is NOT EASY to find!! and its expensive. I want to get better. On a wait list to get into an affordable outpatient non-profit therapy agency. Maintaining ones mental illness is a day to day struggle. Give me all your love & support. I live in constant torment. Are Tae Kwon Do (I'm currently a yellow belt going for my green stripe next month) I'm an avid reader currently reading "And The Band Played On" by Randy Shilts in addition to some Tae Kwon Do books, I love good food, watching movies on the DVD player favorites are "Queer As Folk". I also love music favorites are "Queer As Folk" soundtrack, early Tupac "Me Against the World" Micheal Jackson "Invincible. I love fun, travel, adventure I don't believe in just sitting still for life is way too short for that.
