Retired Air Force and on Disability due to nerve damage in left leg, bad back and left knee that unfortunately I am going to have replaced. I was diagnosed with Dytymic Depression and took solace in food. Between the depression and health problems I gained a lot of weight and am now working on losing. I was diagnosed with Hep C but was one of the lucky ones (20% is what they told me) that was helped by Interferon and it has gone away. I still am tested regularly to make sure.

I was always underweight up until my middle 30's when due to a wife who suffered from severe depression ended up being diagnosed with Dysthymia …

Weight , ohhh I work with that one everyday , just keep your goals in mind and you'll get there :) I did . Now just working on taking off 15 pounds feels harder then when I was much heavier and had to take off about 60 pds ugh somedays felt like I would never get there.
