About Me
I work coordinating services for children with with developmental disabilities. Most of my free time is spent working out in my flower and veggie garden. I practice Buddhism non-religiously. When I was 13 I had an AVM and an Aneurysm in my spinal chord and the surgery left me with right side facial paralysis. I am passionate about yoga and daily spiritual practice and I am studying to become a Jin Shin practitioner.

I am looking to connect with other people who have a facial paralysis.
Treatments
- Patience Somewhat Helpful
- Patience...if only it were available in pill form. I have learned to develop and practice patience through mediation and spiritual practice. I am tired of meditation and spirtual practice, truth be told, but it is helping me unfold something beautiful and profound in my life.
