Sometimes we are our own worst enemy. Try not to feel guilty as slip ups can happen when we are feeling bad. I really want to smoke a cigarette but I am afraid it will give me a heart attack and I will die. :S Otherwise, I would have a cigarette and probably be feeling guilty too. Keep our chin up.
