      I am 49 and have been experiencing for the past year and half signs and symptoms of peri-menopause. I have a family history of mother, aunt and great aunt breast cancer all HRT women. My personal choice is NO HRT. As of late I have been experiencing heart palpitations and anxiety to the point of crying for no reason. I have been poked and prodded by MD' and was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). Not to mention cystic acne all over again!
