      Iiving with hiatal hernia and acid reflux.

      Antacids Somewhat Helpful
      It took me a long time to deal with this problem and I figured out my problem by managing my stress, watch what I eat and Im living without taking meds. I once a while take Maalox or Mylanta to chill my acid reflux.
