I am a mom of 4. My 15 year ols son has aspergurs ADHD OCD and odd my 11 year old daughter has only the bad social skills so she has no diagonoss. My 5 year old son and my 2 year old son are "normal"kids.I would like to find people who have been through this and get advice.

Thanks. If anything helps, the the most important thing you must remember is that regardless of your son's abiltites in school or anything, he's going to have a different perspective of the world and all that inhabit it because of his limitations in empathic ability. Just try to get an idea of his perspective, and it will help smooth out any problems. Keep on rockin'!

Close Asperger Syndrome
My 15 year old son has Aspergers along with ADHD OCD ODD. He has had problems most of his life but I ca not seem to find friends due to his "problems", people just dont understand, they think I am a terriable parent. Now my 11 year old daughter is having the social skills{or lack of}of Aperegers but she was tested and that is the only "problem" area. I am so frustrated with no support.
Treatments
- Adderall Somewhat Helpful
- We are having some problems again. He seems to do well for awhile on his meds then out of nowhere it seems like he isnt even on meds.
