- Glucosamine/Chondroitin Not Working
- I took this medication but it did not help at all with the pain.. So I stopped taking it
- Ibuprofen Not Working
- Pain Management Clinic Working / Worked
- I have had two injections in my lower spine and one in my neck.. Now with no insurance I have to just live with the daily pain

Open Sleep Apnea
Because I just learned my sleep apnea has returned or gotten worse.. I was told today that I stop breathing during the night and that my O2 levels go very low... They want me to try the CPAP that I tried 10 years ago and did not tolerate well.. So opted for the operation for sleep apnea and I thought it was totally gone..
