I am 27 years old happily married with three boys 8, 5, and a 1 1/2.My 8 year old has adhd and bipolar and im still trying to deal.I found out he had adhd at 3 years old and just a month ago i found out he also has bipolar.

My son is 8 years old and has adhd
Treatments
- Adderall Working / Worked
- My son has taken this in the past and it did not work for long.
- Clonidine Working / Worked
- My son takes this at night before bed and it works great for him.
- Concerta Working / Worked
- this did not work at all
- Daytrana Not Working
- did not work he had side effects from this he took this a long time ago
- Ritalin Not Working
- he took this at the age of 5 and the side effects were horrible.his heart raced really fast and he was totally out of it it scared the life out of me.I took him off it right away and called the doctor.
- Strattera Not Working
- never worked

My doctor said i have mutiple personalities disorders
Open Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD)
My son has adhd and i just read about odd and everything fits his daily behaviors.

- Child Time-out Working / Worked
- It works and but it takes a while to get him to do it, and is so stressful on me
