Kris' Mom sent this to me on Lelands birthday 9-20-2008 (he would be six).

Hi Mommy, I know that this is one of those hard days for you so I am sending down this letter to comfort you.  It is a beautiful day here in heaven just as it is everyday.  Daddy made sure it was an extra special day for me though with it being my birthday and all.  Guess what, I had a baseball themed birthday this year.  Roger and I even got to play ball with all of our Angel friends. Kaleigh and Kyleigh were our cheering squad. It was really cool. I wish you could have seen it. Latter we had cake and Ice cream with Jesus, and the Angels sang Happy Birthday to me! Mommy their sweet angelic voices were so beautiful. They reminded me so much of you.  Daddy is always telling us stories about your music and how you love to sing and play piano.  I remember some of the songs you sang to me as you craddeled me snuggley against your chest.  Sometimes Roger, Kaleigh, Kyleigh and I will all sing your special song you wrote for us.  Roger remembers your songs better then any of us. He's a great big brother. He helps us remember the words and even teaches us some of the things you taught him on the piano. I can play Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star all by myself! I wish I could play it for you.  I miss you so much but I know that God has more for you to accomplish down there on earth.  I'm so proud of you Mommy. You have been through so much and yet remained so strong. It's so good to look down through heavens window and see you smiling again.  I love you so much Mommy!
