Is this enough? (food intake-may trigger) Mood

my food intake atm(i am adding extra things to make up 4 calories) this is what i had today and is fairly typical atm:

 

Breakfast: frosties wiv skimmed milk,1 coffee with skimmed milk

 

snacks(throughout the day)= 2xricecakes wiv light butter,raisins and nuts,1 cereal bar,

 

 

came home after rehearsals(dancing 12pm-830pm)

had 2x ricecakes wiv butter and then had a chocolate bar but am feeling im starting to feel guilty if i eat like that choc bar 4 example,i only ate it to make sure i dont go down the road of ed again

im scared,i feel bad if i eat anything that i cant burn off=S

 

any suggestions?

    you are doing alot of dancing, so need to eat alot, and you are not eating alot!!
    You are burning off all that for definate by dancing so much. You need to eat to have energy, people arn't guna want to watch someone whos marking through the dances....
    Eat to dance well.
