Fell asleep in the chair last night for 3 hours before going to bed at 1:00am then got up at 7:00am, so at least I get about 7 to 8 hours a night. If I carn't get to sleep thats when I get up and read. Sometimes fall asleep during the day.

as a cancer survivor i am always afraid it will return.i am also an epileptic.my sons are grown.my dog of 18 years is dying.my love life is nonexistent.
