I am ashamed to admit that although adderall and other like meds has helped me tremendously I have crossed the line and have been abusing it for the last year. I have played games by seeing 2 doctors and double dosing my intake. Recently it caught up with me by the State and I am humiliated and now very scared to stop taking it. I fear I will not be able to perform and and being 56 I will lose my job. I really have to stop and want to, but am very anxious and fearful about it.
Treatments
- Adderall Working / Worked
- Adderall works for me, the side effects, loss of patience, headaches, stomach and intestinal problems are tolerated by the surge of mental alertness
- Dexedrine Somewhat Helpful
- It worked for me but I also took it with ritalin.
- Ritalin Somewhat Helpful
- It did help but I always felt very tense using it.
