I had a BKA due to a congenital deformity of my right foot that I dealt with for far too many years. I am looking forward to being able to walk. I have never walked on grass or been to the beach not touched the ocean. I will do these things now!!!

Stay strong, kiddo. I only got to wear my leg for 4 hours and got a bad blister then a staff infection in it. It's been weeks and will still be more. Be strong. Your day will come.
