A little over a year ago, I married the most wonderful man. We have a house on the lake that we share with our two dogs, and our cat. One day we hope to share our home with a child. I'm a hair colorist for Aveda, and I love my job. My favorite color is pink, and I have even been known to put a streak of pink in my blonde hair. I'm scared of what the future holds, but I know that my God is bigger than any problem I can face. I know that He has plans to prosper me, and not to harm me.

Hug
IF is hard enough without additional obstacles. My experience with IVF MI has been amazing. I have serious "white coat" syndrome and they have put me at ease. They have always been available to answer questions and have even gotten emotional with me when I am having a hard time. GL.

I am not sure if you are into music but it helps me through so much, if you are you should listen to Tenth Avenue North "Hold my Heart" and JJ Heller "your Hands". I am praying for you sweetie. I am hear for you!

Close Prolactinoma
My doctor thinks I have a prolactinoma. I'm scared and feeling alone, and was happy yo stumble upon this site.
Close Infertility
I'm here because I feel very alone in this struggle. I'm young, and most of my friends are either pregnant, have kids, or not even married or thinking of kids. I'm stuck here, waiting for someone to figure out what is wrong with my body.
Treatments
- Basal Thermometer Working / Worked
- Folic Acid Working / Worked
- I had to get the chewables because I have a hard time swalling big, non coated pills. These taste disgusting, but other than that no side effects. My hair and nails seem to be growing faster, though. I went from filling my nails every 3 weeks to every week.
- Metformin Not Working
- Stopped taking this med, due to horrible side effects. I took it everyday for six weeks, hoping beyond hope that it would work. In the end, the side effects combined with nothing changing made me decide to try something else.
- Progesterone Working / Worked
- I take this ten days a month, so that I can have a period. The first time I took it, PMS was bad...and the period was pretty awful, too. However, this may be more due to the fact I hadn't had a cycle in over a year.
- Dostinex Too Soon to Tell
- Took for the first time this week. Side effects awful. Hoping that my body will adjust or that there is something else I can take.
Open Pregnancy
DH and I found out we are pregnant last week!!!!!
