hey man how are you doing
plz check out my photos of using the inversion table.....i have been minutes away from going under the knife for a spinal fusion and declined...a friend of mine who has an L5 fracture put me onto this and it has helped me A LOT...aslong as you dont have high Blood Pressure....its the bomb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 check out the research on it and also i use ultrasound.......electrotherapy 1 and 3 MHZ setting that the physios uses...i went and done a 1 day course on the machine and bought one...helps a lot

thanks for advise. i am new to sight feeling my way around from your response i found tipper1207 @ cp.that helped so much!its a long story but i am isolated no transportation no job and live in bf has been convincing my im crazy lazy and using pain as excuse he dosnt understand 1min i can get out and walk next cant stand to walk to bathroom etc i know i need to get out i just dont know how besides the verbal he gets physical i have always been strong and would never have put up with actions from the get go . so i thank you i am not alone i am not crazy
