Hello Misschelle, Hang min there I have good and bad days today is not a very good day and I just seen my pain doctor two days ago. Pain Drs think that shot are the best thing and they get upset when you take other meds that are not prescribe by them. My pain Drs got a serious attitude when I told him that the my Dr put me on loratabs. I have been taking shots since December and still have not became pain free or even less pain. They do give me a shot that help the tenderness in my hips dur to my joints but none of them stop my pain. I find myself getting very irriiatable and grouchy and I find myself apologizing alot. It like when my pain level get higher I meaner. You may want to tell you Dr to give you something a little stronger at least then you will me a little more relaxed with the pain and can cope with other better becuase no knows unless they go thru this there self. You will be in my prayers. Mscarla

- Bedrest Not Working
- I would like to continue to lose weight so bedrest is the exact opposite of what I need!
- Darvon Working / Worked
- This is the best medication for me. I love it, it doesnt make me want to jump off any tall buildings! :)Vicodin does, and it helps with the pain which is most impt..I think...lol.
- Flexeril Working / Worked
- I take it with Darvocet so it helps me sleep, doesnt really work alone? only on 5mg.
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- Feels good, but the DOC said ICE.
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- Worked but I have to keep it up here at home which as we all ply know is just not the same..

Type: Loss of a FriendI lost my good friend to suicide in Jan of 2008. I miss him everyday.

- Its always good to have a nice long cry. I have found tears however, do not always do the trick.

- I write all the time, it helps me communicate with him in a better way. I think he would be proud of me.
- Prayer Working / Worked
- My good friend attended church regularly. It made me want to contiue his faith for him. I know what he did was not the best, however I know his pain over shadowed his thoughts.

- My friend and I had so many memories, its nice to talk about those and look back at the good times.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- My friends death not only shook me, but an entire community at my school. We all got close and helped each other to make the pain a little eaiser.
- Talking Working / Worked
- Talking to my friend who passed helped me the most. I used to talk aloud to him in hopes that he could hear me, I know he can and this comforts me.

- They say time heals everything, but I`m still waiting...
Open Asthma
Type: Adult AsthmaI have had asthma since I was a child...I am dealing with it as an adult, and lately it has been horrific. I can never breathe and tomorrow I`m talking to my doc about it.
