About Me
i have been diagnosed with bp for two years. prior to that i have a history of mental illness dating back to age 14, unfortunately no one made a connection between my different moods. some of this was down to my difficulty in sharing my problems. a year ago i found my birth mother and it turns out that she also has a history of mental health issues, which kind of makes sense. i have just spent the last ten years working as a chef but have just decided that i cannot face another ten years of 60 to 70 hour weeks. if you want to know anything else please feel free to ask.

Activities: handstands and putting one foot in front of the other (most of the time), shouting, clapping in time and collecting cardboard boxes being serious my hobbies included: cooking, walking and very amateur bird watching, music (very eclectic), reading, backgammon and loads of other stuff.

Hello my lovely, not going in again this week, long story but its placement week I've not had my CRB check and I was in court this morning yikes. Got a slapped wrist and now have to pay costs *sigh*
What are your plans for this week? I've a friend that comes over every now and then from Yorkshire, hopefully gonna see him tomorrow (he has to come in secret cos his wife hates me haha), got pdoc thursday, and that's about it for this week gonna catch up on my assignments that are due in next week

- hated it. the group was supposed to be very open minded. unfortunatly sometimes people with open minds let the wrong stuff get in.

- most of the time i feel it works pretty well. for saying that i have been suffering bouts of anxiety and depression recently, though my life is pretty hectic and complicated at the moment so who knows
