Type: Maintain a workout scheduleI am trying to get back in shape after over a year off from exercising following a hysterectomy. I'm 46 and know I need to exercise to increase energy but struggle with motivating myself to do it.
Treatments
- Aerobics Somewhat Helpful
- I don't enjoy aerobic classes.
- Dancing Working / Worked
- Country dance, Salsa and ballroom. Great workout but don't have a partner now.
- Elliptical Trainer Working / Worked
- Works but takes time to get back in the swing....kicks my behind.
- Personal Trainer Working / Worked
- used this following ankle surgery 4 years ago. Helped alot
- Pilates Working / Worked
- Loved it and I'm starting back now.
- Strength Training Working / Worked
- Again, this works but I need to get into a routine.
- Weight Watchers Working / Worked
- Lost weight. I've never been more than 10 lbs above goal weight range except once. WW worked
