THANKYOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS. BOTH MY BOTHS STARTED USING HEAVY DRUGS AT A VERY YOUNG AGE. MY ELDEST SON IS STILL IN JAIL. THEY STARTED USING AT 13. MY ELDEST SON IS NOW 32 AND HE IS IN JAIL IN REHAB.THEY BOTH HAD BEEN IN AND OUT OF DETENTION CENTRES AND JAIL FOR YEARS.IT WAS TRAGIC THE WAY MY SON TOOK HIS LIFE NOT ONLY FOR ME BUT FOR THE POLICE OFFICER HE SHOOT. THAT POOR MAN WAS JUST DOING HIS JOB.HE HAS BEE GONE 2 YEARS ON THE 19TH OF JULY.IF HE HAD LIVED HE WOULD HAVE SPENT THE REST OF HIS LIFE IN JAIL. HE WAS 28 YEARS OLD. THERE IS GOOD THAT COME OUT OF THIS . MY OTHER SON IS NOW IN REHAB LOVE WENDY
HI, I HAVE A REAL PROBLEM WITH WEATHER GOD FORGAVE MY SON. IT SAYS IN THE BIBLE THOUGH SHALL NOT KILL AND MY SON MURDER ANOTHER HUMAN BEING THEN TOOK HIS OWN LIFE.I KNOW WHY MY SON DID IT SO HE DINT HAVE TO GO BACK TO JAIL BUT I HANG ON TO GOD ANY HOW LOVE WENDY

To learn and get ideas. Want to increase core strength. I had a spinal fusion in my neck 2 yrs ago, it has healed but I am a petite and have lost muscle mass and would like to build up strengh to go with the energy I have LOL!
