About Me
Hello,I am a 32 yrs old, I am married with four beautiful children and a loving husband. I have had severe back problems for 10 yrs now, but ever since I had my last child in 2005 it has been debilitating....I am ALWAYS in pain, pain that sometimes...most of the time I cannot push through. It is very hard to always have to limit my activity..even the daily activities, which some would call basic:( I have also been going to school to earn my degree in Forensic Psychology!!

I also have been in a great deal of pain. I fell & did something to my knee. Its very swollen & they can't tell if menicus tear or bone bruise or? xrays of knee capps were ok. Its 430am here & I can't sleep cause of pain. Sending less pain & good karma your way. Hugs, Laura

I am here because I have severe back problems that inhibit my daily life and everything I do..and sometimes it is really hard to get through, and everyone needs support..and the more people that support each other the better.

- Bedrest is a very old filmiler place..somtimes it works...others:(
- Chiropractic Adjustment Working / Worked
- not for me
- Cortisone (Injection) Working / Worked
- sometimes, however it is a limited treatment...you can only get it so much!!

- Yes..it help sofen the blow
- Heat Working / Worked
- yes..heat works farley well

- yes it works..but I only take it at night..other wise I would sleep all day

- It works well!!

- It works..but I only take it at night.
- Lyrica Working / Worked
- It worked but made me gain 20 pounds that I can't seem to get off:(
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- It works temporally!!
- TENS Working / Worked
- It helps distract you from pain.

I was diagnosed with DDD when I was 21...I am now 32! DDD has enabled me from allot, and I am constantly in pain..I always have to limit my activity(ridiculously so)Basic activity is a struggle..and I am married with four beautiful children..it is rough.I am here for support and advice and to do the same for people who need someone to talk to!!
Open Parents of Children with ADHD
My 8 yr old son has severe adhd and has for the past 5 yrs. I am hear to learn different ways to help his disorder and also to vent out frustration on this particular disorder...
