  oh sad....here is a big huge hug for u....you have been down for a while now....you know, when we are like this....we need to be really careful how we talk to ourselves...we need to try, just try to replace all our negative messages and self-talk with positive thing's right away....the messages we tell ourselves have so much power sad..and when we get like this..the more we tell ourselves negative messages, and put ourselves down, the further down we go....we need to try and be kind and tender with ourselves..i know this can be hard sometimes..but we can can can do it....i am thinking of u and you are in my prayres...here for u if you need someone to cry to, talk to , or just need a friend...xoxo, peace for u, love, maggie
