Sorry you're having a bad day. Hang in there. The good days will outnumber the bad days by far, very soon
Chris
There has to be someone up there listening to our prayers and our pain... Ill send you one for good measure! alex
We all can definitely relate to how you feel. On the bad days try to remind yourself that you are a SURVIVOR. I'll keep you in my prayers.
Hugs and Blessings,
Tabby
I till be better tomorrow!
I cried a river last week let me tell you, and this week still have the odd session - over the mostbizarre things too, like a broken biscuit for instance, and a lot more serious stuff too. Strangely feel a lot better this week.
Maybe you shouldn't think about what else to take? I sooo want my lifeback but I think I'm coming terms with the fact (slowly) that it wont happen just like that. I'm so used tobeing in control and it's so hard to not to get want I right now.
What Im trying to say is that its ok to cry, and maybe even you NEED to do it. Look what you'v been through - and survived. How many people have to face their own mortality like we have? Don' try to "solve" it - let yourself cry. That doesn't mean you can't take charge of your recovery, and maybe do thngs to distract yourself like going for a shake with afriend maybe?
I'm here anyway - and sneding yu a hug
