Hi, my name is Ken. I played sports all my life. 4 years of football 3 of them were varsity , 7 months of boxing, and a year of wrestling. I've also competed in school with weight lifting. I have a herniated disc in my lower back, an a possible bulging disc in my neck. I have many other injuries do to sports. If anyone needs support for anything let me know. I'm a good listener.
