I've been doing very well. Eating very healthy, exercising nearly every day. I've lost at least a couple of pounds so far. It's all good. I've very naturally fallen back into figuring out how to keep eating healthy and I've been logging it all on Sparkpeople.com. That website is great, very motivating and lots of tools and things to help you be successful. Writing it all down helps. They say (articles I've read) that writing it down was one of the biggest constants for people who lost weight and kept it off. I think it works mostly because it's such a pain in the butt to write things down, to measure it and figure it all out, that honestly I'd rather just drink a cup of tea or something than eat! haha!
I'm going to start running again asap, as soon as I get rid of this cold I have. I'll start a minute at a time and just add as much as I can do without barfing or having a boob fly off. haha I'm not on a strict diet, I just don't pig out, I have these little bowls I put my supper in, so I don't make a big plate of something. I stay away from sugar and flour, I have eaten a little bit of bread- but no real diet. I'm proud of myself. I know I can do it!!!

I had a page on Sparkpeople...but I couldn't figure some stuff out...I get on their to read up sometimes on their articles. Their food log was really nice though! I keep a paper journal...its this cute little notebook I always keep with me and it is almost second nature anymore. I feel like rainman whenever I go to eat something and think of how many calories it is first. Kashi cookie 130...crazy, but it seems to be working! www.mydailyplate.com is a really good one that has everything pretty much that I've ever wanted to look up! It sounds like you are doing great!!

OK, now you both have me motivated. I checked out those sites. I kinda like the idea of keeping my money and giving away the weight. As opposed to paying out money and keep ing my weight. Regardless of the method....it only works with my determination.

I HAVE paid to be on many different sites- weight watchers and others and didn't end up using it.
But you're right determination and motivation WILL get you where you want to be. I like having someone/something to be accountable to-so that's in the back of my mind pushing me when my will is weak! But I could do it on my own if I had to, we ALL know how to lose weight, and ANY diet works if you stick to it!!!
