I haven't exercised in so long- it's really bad. I did lose weight- but that was from having my thyroid meds tweaked. Can you cancel a goal? I don't want to push it up to 100% to be done with it- but I want to make a new goal- a different one. I guess it would be in my best interest to see this one out- I have to exercise 4 or more times a week to increase it 10%. I can do it. I need to get it all organized in my head. Our new school takes in earlier- and since I've been trying to go to bed with the husband and I've been waking up earlier and earlier maybe I could handle waking up at 5:45 and exercising before work- now I'm just talking out loud to myself!

I think you have the right to do what you feel. If you want to focus on something else you should do that. Maybe keep your goal going and work on it as you can. What ever you feel is important to you is what matters. Good luck and I don't even have a goal, lol.
