And follow the work out of the day (usually posted in the center of the page). These are tough work outs, but you will see that just about everyone modifies them for their own fitness level. I suggest this because the way the system is set up it is very easy to track results and see progress. The WODs are written by professional trainers so you know you're getting the variety you need. Lemme know if i can be of any help at all, I have some hefty fitness goals and would love to team up for encouragment!
