I have to fly to LA tomorrow. The daughter is freaking out and wants to come home now. At least this time I'm taking 3 days and going to see the Grand Canyon on the way and doing whatever I want.  I don't feel like going into all that's happened. I'm exhausted and my back is killing me from being online all evening trying to find the right deals on hotels and the flight. Tomorrow I pack and leave at 3pm. I'm ready for it to be over and to stop worrying about her. This is ridiculous. I had hoped she had it better together than this- but I couldn't possibly have forseen all this commotion or have talked her out of it and made it all stop- I just did what I had to do to try to keep her safe, now she'll be home and completely indebted to us for going out of our way and spend all our money to save her ass! I'm going to try to relax and enjoy the ride and the scenery and my time alone with her. It'll be fine, I'll be home Wednesday and can work on getting my life back together again! My life is certainly NOT boring!
